The Cognitive Engineering Research Institute (CERI) and its event coordinators provide one point of contact for your event coordination… before, during, and after the event. This helps ensure success. These services include, but are not limited to:

Planning and Budgeting:
CERI’s staff can research the host city of your choice. By doing on site inspections and evaluating submitted proposals, CERI will find just the right fit. Additionally, CERI offers assistance in establishing planning timelines and submission deadlines. CERI helps gather costs and compiles cost estimates and budgets.

Facility Communications:
From managing venue selection and room rate negotiation to food and beverage planning, CERI handles all the details.

Attendee/Participant Communications:
Various modes of communication are used to keep participants well informed. From hosting and managing all workshop information online to making travel arrangements for VIP’s to fielding individual questions, CERI provides one point of contact for all attendees/participants.

Event Management:
Assistance is offered in preparation of event materials. From invitations to logo design to developing the agenda, CERI can oversee development of all materials. CERI staff will determine and secure all needed equipment and supplies as well as manage all aspects of the attendee registration process. CERI can provide staffing as needed for registration, note taking and other administrative tasks.

Follow Up:
CERI’s staff handles all aspects of the event wrap-up as well. From the payment of invoices to sending supplier Thank You notes to providing an event summary, CERI ensures a successful closure to the event.
